Judicial Branch
The Judicial Branch is the branch of the judges. There are three courts: District courts, Court of Appeals, and the Supreme court.

District courts were the courts that you went to first because there are 94 of them in each state.
|
The Courts of Appeals were the courts you went to next if you thought that the trial was unfair, and you think that it is still important. There are only 13 of these courts.
|
The Supreme Court was for if you still think that the trial was unfair, you bring it up to the Supreme Court. This court is the one and only, and they get about a thousand cases, but only do about a hundred.
